• Financing: is available at time of purchase. Also 90 days same as cash with approval.
• Deposit: 25% down is required with your order. Balance is due upon delivery of shed unless financed.
• Delivery:
• Within 25 miles is free. However $2.50 per additional loaded mile will be charged.
• All building are delivered fully assembled.
• We don't offer a build on site at this time.
• We will deliver to your prepared site. However, if site is inaccessible to our truck and
  we must return the shipment, an additional transportation cost will be charged. It may
  be possible to crane the building into the yard for an additional charge.
• Fence removal available for an extra charge of $75.00 per post.
• Loading Info:
• Always unload from the rear of the trailer.
• Barns - Please note whether doors should be loaded facing the truck or reversed.
• Cottages & Carriage Houses: Please note whether doors should be loaded toward
  driver or passenger side of truck.
• Foundation: Ask salesman for prep. sheet.
• Blocks are the least expensive foundation.
• Gravel is the best foundation for the money.
• If you already have asphalt or concrete to set shed on, you don't need blocks
  or gravel. Buildings over 256 sq. ft. require a concrete footer by city/county code.
• Standard Features:
• Wall 16" O.C., Floor 16" O.C., Trusses 24" O.C.
• Buildings over 150 sq. ft. have Truss ties.
• Buildings over 256 sq. ft. have 16" O.C. & 2' X 6'headers.
• Barns: Double doors & one window.
• Econo-Barns: Single door & one window.
• Cottage & Carriage House: Double doors & 2 windows.
• Warranty:
• 30 Years on runners, 20 year on huose grade shingle, & 5 year on everything else.
