• Financing: is available at time of purchase. Also 90 days same as cash with approval.
• Deposit: a 25% down payment is required with your order. Balance is due upon delivery of gazebo unless financed.
  • Within 25 miles is free. However $2.50 per additional loaded mile will be charged. All buildings are delivered fully assembled and we don't offer a build on site at this time.
  • We will deliver to your prepared site. However, if site is inaccessible to our truck and we must return with shipment, an additional transportation cost will be charged. It may be possible to crane the building into the yard for an additional charge
  • Fence removal available for an extra charge. $75.00 per post.
• Loading Info:
• Always unload from rear of trailor.
• Please note whether opening should be loaded toward the cab of the truck or reversed.
• Foundation: Ask salesman for prep sheet.
• Blocks are the least expensive foundation.
• Gravel is the best foundation for the money.
• If you already have asphalt or concrete to set the gazebo on, you don't need blocks or gravel. Buildings over 256 sq. ft. require a concrete footer.
• Standard Features:
• Wood gazebos are made of kiln dried #1 grade pine.
• Vinyl gazebos are a wood construction with a vinyl sleeve.
• Wood gazebos come standard with your choice of spindles: victorian, Colonial, or Shenandoah.
• Wood gazebos come standard with architectural shingles and choice of shingle color. (See sales rep for color chart)
• Vinyl Gazebos come standard in white. You also have your choice of spindles: Dominion or Williamsburg.
• Vinyl Gazebos come standard with architectural shingles, just like the wood construction gazebos. (See sales rep for a color chart) Rubber slate shingles are available for an extra charge.
• Warranty:
• 30 Years on 4x4 P.T. runners, 20 year on house grade shingles, & 5 year on everything else.
